The Liberty Square
Liberty Square was first called "Square Parade" and "Square Prince Eugen". The name Liberty Square was given in the year 1848 with the Hungarian revolution. After the conquering of Timisoara by the Austrian army, the square changes name to "Prince Eugen Square".
