Booking process

Booking process is very simple on our website.

Go to an offer detail page and if that offer is bookable, then you will see a red button "Book now". If is not bookable, then you will see a button "Ask for quote" and this is because the price will be calculated by our staff after you fill and send your data.

Also, if you want to purchase a voucher product, then you will see a button "Buy now". In this case you have to pay using your credit card and the voucher code will be instantly shown after a successful payment.

If an offer has a label "IC", meaning Instant Confirmation, you'll be able to pay with your credit card during the booking process and your booking will be confirmed instantly after a successful payment.

If an offer has a label "OR", meaning On Request, then your booking needs our confirmation, and you will pay for it after this confirmation.

Depending on offer type you want to book, you will need to cross some of these steps:

1. Details, where you have to choose period of time, number of adults and kids, voucher code if you have one to get a discount
2. Services, where you'll be able to choose some optional services related to that offer
3. Customer, where you'll be able to sign in if you already have an account or to fill a form with personal data and create an account.
4. Payment, where you can choose a payment method
5. Finish, the confirmation step, last step.

After adding a booking in our system, we will send you all information you need to have a fabulous journey in our country.
